Good for you. Keep stressing over it instead of getting it done. I'm sure that's for the best.

Still someone overpricing items on here to help with medical costs but yet has enough spare cash around to spend $30 on a membership as an experiment is pretty ridiculous.

EXACTLY. and how much were the tickets? Ridiculous.

And wasn't he bitching about the Memphis Ed show being added because he had already bought his plane tickets to Fla?
Because I have 3 family members struggling with cancer It's easy to be sympathetic about your mom, but when you come on here and talk about all the money you throw around, your appeals for fundraising fall a little short.

    Thanks!!!! :P

You and your adjoining rooms are welcome.

Overall, I think this thread is crazy. But I also think you are failing to see this from anyone's perspective but your own. I'm not saying you need 3 months to plan a trip. But a week or 2 isn't unreasonable.

And as someone else said, having all the tour dates at once would probably cut that time down to a few days to a week.

    1) I only had 1 room at Alpine

    2) That's my whole frigging point. The 10 club gives us plenty of time. People on here say that 3 months isn't enough time which is an absolute joke

    3) Almost every band on every tour adds dates after the tour announcment, PJ isn't any different. It seems that way because you follow them the closest. It really doesn't matter if they announce other show a week or 2 later, the only thing that hurts is you may have wanted to go there more. Oh well.

all I know is that if 22 says he is booking adjoining rooms for a rumored PJ weekend, I will not hesitate to book a room too.

f sawyer, I don't even know what point he is making: better to have easy ticket experience for a band you don't like, or a sometimes difficult ticket experience for a band you do like?

It actually is for the best, all the stressing out and being high strung keeps me lean and svelte, otherwise I'd be a 300lbs mess. Imagine if I had to pay for a gym membership, I would never be able to afford to go to any PJ shows.

I'll book a hotel room in the same town that's for sure, but definitely a different hotel. I don't care for drama.

    Ouch!

    1. She opted for best available which gives her the opportunity to be selected for any section
    2. She tried for a venue that many of us here would be declined seats outright also for considering that spac has 5000 reserved seats. Take away some of those seats for the small pit section also
    3. ticket selection is completely random since it is a lottery
    4. Spac is the most popular venue and is always the hardest ticket to get
    5. If she didn't want lawn, she shouldn't have chosen best available
    6. Better to be in the venue than at home reading a setlist

I just joined the Willie Nelson fan club just to compare to the 10C and boy do they have alot to learn

    1) Tix were easy to get

    2) They have their own travel agent to get you to any show you'd like...anywhere in the world (this takes up an hour of your day)

    3) Willie plays a shitload of shows

    4) Willie plays the south

    5) Annual Holiday gift is sent each year - annual gift = two joints
    I've met Rob

OK, to summarise, DMB have a better fan club, a better ticketing system and bigger tours....just a pity they're shite.
