Lots of PJ vinyl for sale :(. *sold*

As some of you know I'm a PE teacher in a Dallas Elementary.  One of the perks of being a teacher in a low income area is that there is assistance with paying back student loans.  Anyways in 2011 I got the assistance but now I'm paying for it.  The money that was awarded towards my loans counts as taxable income.  The taxman really has my ass in a sling so I'm going to have to sale some of my PJ vinyl to help cover the IRS.
The LPs were acquired through trades, cash and other means, lol.  They have been loved, all vinyl is mint & most of the covers, except yield. The price may seem a little high but if you factor in the time and years to acquire plus the going rate it's not bad.  I hate to sale my records but hate charging up my credit card on tax payments more.
Here's to hoping the Taxman has treated you better than I and this going to a good home.

Robley

I will take a check, cash or PayPal. I know some of you have made a killing on your taxes.
$1100 shipped

Yield
Live on 2 legs
Riot Act sealed little cut on front of plastic
Binaural sealed except for  plastic split on binding
Lost dogs sealed
Avocado

If you sell individually, I would like to talk about buying Binaural...

Your kind words are appreciated, yes like I said I'm probably about $100 to high but hope someone will take into consideration the time this sale will save them :).

Someone should pull the trigger and help the OP out. A great fan and great guy!
  • the taxman was quite good to me this year, but i won't see the money for a few weeks at least. if by some miracle these are still up at that point and $1100 manages to survive the barrage of bills i plan to pay with it, you'll be the first to know.

    good luck.

Good luck OP. I'd love to do this but my wife would kill me and I very well couldn't play all this vinyl being dead!

I'm sure you'd prefer to sell the whole lot at once but, if that doesn't pan out...put me on the list for that Lost Dogs. I would be interested in that....good luck my man!

can we find an individual buyer for each of the albums the OP is selling? How awesome would it be if we could help the OP with the quick sale and then help each individual buyer? I am debating taking on the $1100 purchase to help each of you and the OP if I can be guaranteed a buyer for each of the albums he's offering (plus getting getting my $1100 back). PM me if interested in talking this out. I apologize in advance if I can't respond to your PM right away even if I read it.

Thank you so much for the help, had lots of interest In piecing this stuff out. If everyone is ok with it I'll put individual prices on the stuff and see where I'm at. Not sure how to account for the $100 off I am on the worth if I don't sale it as a set ;).

How are you handling our sale? Are you gonna pull 1 piece of vinyl out of the closet every month for 6 months so the wife can't tell your collection grew? ;).

Thanks buddy, I still have a few left all the reissues, no code, into the wild, PJ20 Ect...
Damn I never thought when I started listening to the vinyl that I'd abandon my digital music :(. The vinyl just sounds better :).

Aw man, sorry you have to sell your stuff Robley but you'll feel a whole lot better paying off your loan rather than sitting on a mound of debt and having the vinyl. You'll get it back someday if you need to.
