No, I had a pair of $70 Nikes on, so that wasn't gonna happen regardless, but it was pissing me the fuck off that those fucks wouldn't stop.. I was fucking certain that they were gonna stop the show.. LOTTA fuckers booing the dumbshits that just kept chucking their shoes and shirts and sweatshirts and all kinds of shit up there..

Fuck, that was a long day- we drove out from Moreno Valley (where we lived), got there early and grabbed some beers at a Thrifty store, got hammered... Saw three opening bands, then finally PJ... and got home late as hell. Luckily I had NOTHING to do with driving that day.. A great day though... 24, single, long hair, my first PJ show, got drunk before noon.. What more could you ask for?

Yeah, it was pretty kick ass.. We actually had to wait for the gates to open, we got there so early. And it was in the middle of NOWHERE, at least back then.. 8 of us in a rented minivan, wiiiiiiiiiide open out there at the Polo Grounds, chucking a football around, drinking beer. One of the best days of my life actually. If I still lived in SoCal, I'd be heading out there to see Rage for the Coachella show this year, but alas, I decided to move to the hometown of good ole PJ..

    Oh well, such is life..
