We only get to pick ONE show... so, choose carefully. Same method, e-mail... PayPal pending.
They draw the names, send out the notifications.

I was all ready to respond and say how much I loved it despite not receiving tickets yet, and then I got em!

Either way I do like it, but I agree that seniority has its place. Hopefully it will be applied for the Band's shows. The only issue I had was the inability to remove a duplicate entry (kept me out of the clearwater running) Overall though each time I failed to get tickets it was due to my own issues and nothing the 10C had any power over.

So I like it. No real complaints.

The new system is in NO WAY more or less fair than the old system.

Everyone's chances were equal with the old system, and everyone's are equal with the new system.

Personally, I prefer the old setup.

That was the basis of this idea... so, with the First Pick, we would all have to really sit and think about what we want. We'd have a chance and the small markets like Albuqurque and Council Bluffs would more than likely have locals in the front, not those of us out-of-towners with lower numbers.
We can still go to Albuquerque and Council Bluffs during the full pre-sale... and if we get shutout there... there's always the Public On-Sale.
My perception is... we should revert to the happiness of 'just being in the house', like we used to be. Forget all of this having to be in the front at every show deal we have seemed to fallen into. Pearl Jam should be all about sharing with our kindred spirits... not about 'I, Me and Mine'.
But, that's just me.

thats the difference guys..we cant judge how a presale system works cos if you personalyy score or not,but how it worked in general
and worked,perfect,
took everyone 2-3 minuetes of peoples time,,no need to get angry,no need to take off work,no need to seat in front of computer for hours,no need to f5,no need to wait if it crash..no i have it in my card and lost them,no where is the confirmation mail..

fast,easy,fair..is all we must want from the presale of the fan club..

i'm sorry but i'd rather go to a lottery instead of wasting my day infront of a screen hitting refresh or seeing whiny thread after thread bout how come i didn't get tix and yada yada yada. tour time should be a time of joy, not let's spew hate at a fellow human being all cause he runs a fanclub for a band. it's sicking what goes on around here during tour time and makes me really question just how much off the deep end fellow fans are . i'm sure as fuck not the only that feels this way.

I should have also added that the presale for the big shows should be handled via Ticketmaster, and not through this site.

this i agree with too

10c can have our membership numbers as our passwords for their area of ticketmaster. that way the minute we log on to the 10c ticketmaster area 10c knows whose using the membership.
