  • I'm glad no one is up in arms about Aikmens comment about taking off the dresses.
Football is sexist?  Not a shocker.
I cannot stand Aikman pretty much forever.  (USC alum and 49ers fan....it is natural hate. )
That's one comment that doesn't bother me.

Football is brutal, isn't that why we like it?

Well, I don't like it because it is sexist.  I'll step away from praising that.
I do like the way the game is rough, yes.  I understand taking steps to protect people but it appears that they went way overboard, with the league supporting both of those egregious calls as being good calls on roughing the passer.  Those are awful.

if you thought last Thursday’s game was bad what will tonight bring with Chicago and Washington playing
I would guess about 300 yards passing by Wentz.....but also a lost fumble and a costly interception or two.
kinda the complete opposite from him but yeah from the "highlights" i saw that was a bad game also. Chicago pretty much dominated the offensive stats.

Football having men play it and that analogy are fine with me.  I don't see it as sexist but whatever.

Last night Aikmen was biting his tongue hard when they called those roughing the passer penalties, lol.  They were pretty weak too.  Can I say weak?

If you can't see how calling something weak or inferior while referencing clothing women wear is sexist that is a whole other issue.

Saying it is weak (leaving out the dresses bit) is perfectly fine.  It is observation that does not put down women.

Actually, it harkens back to Wob's insistence that Brady is merely an average "system" QB and that Aikman was a far superior QB to Brady.

Women wearing a dress is sexist now?  I'm kidding.  I get it but I think it's stupid.  Man's game, blah, blah, blah.  Beats chest.

My weak comment was tongue in cheek as I do think we have gone too far w some things.

with all the recent talk of “what’s wrong with brady?” I wonder if the elephant in the room might be his crumbling marriage. I guess that’s kind of off limits for the talking heads but, OMG, TB12 stands to lose some huge money. will jizzelle get half of his TV contract?

The Tiger Woods/Jeff Gordon syndrome.  When they lost their women they crumbled.  Gordon did come back though.  Tiger?  Not so much.
