So somehow we're straw manning obese people and Henry Riggs into this? Just like Rodgers is straw manning "the left" and "the right"

And the subversive dog whistle tone of having a comorbidity and somehow those not in perfect health somehow deserve it? The problem that there is still an epidemic isn't because of fat people, I assure you.
Right.  You got me.  Obese people and people with a comorbidity deserve to die.  Exactly what I was trying to say.  Thanks for the reminder why talking anything political or covid related around here is nauseating.

I think the main point I was trying to make is the fact that one of the biggest news stories in the country this week was whether or not the QB for the Green Bay Packers is vaccinated or not is just plain sad.  And he was never trying to be vocal about COVID/vaccines....someone leaked his vaccination status to the media and the media ran with it.  Also, I can't stand Rodgers...his 22-5 career record against the Bears makes me want to cry.

    https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/32545222/aaron-rodgers-tests-positive-covid-19-rules-unvaccinated-nfl-players-packers-qb-return-more

His vaccination status was exposed on Wednesday when he tested positive and was subjected to league protocol for unvaccinated players. No one “leaked” his status.

To suggest this story is simply about whether or not Rodgers was vaccinated gives way too much of a pass for his deceit, the flouting of the league protocol by him & the team, and his reaction this week after getting outed.

It's so strange to me how people are so obsessed over whether or not a professional athlete is vaccinated or not.  And yet there's barely any talk about how this country is so fat, disgusting and unhealthy which has led to this pandemic being so much worse than it could have been.  Is Rodgers a douche for saying he was "immunized" when he really wasn't?  Yes.  Do I give a flying fuck if he's vaccinated or not?  Nope.  Dude can make his own decisions.

And no, I'm not an anti-vaxxer.  I got vaxxed as soon as I was eligible but it just gets so old to see all the outrage over all this stuff.  There has been more talk and outrage this week about Rodgers' vaccination status than there has been about Ruggs who killed a person driving 150mph.  It's crazy.  This sums things up perfectly....

I doubt people are outraged.  I think he's shown his selfishness in putting the team's season at risk. You want to win or not? I would be pissed if I was a Packer that did all the right things.

That's the point with context. Don't bring up anecdotes or examples of completely unrelated things to try and prove a point. The point is this is why he have a problem with the pandemic. People think it doesn't affect them if they do or do not get vaccinated.

Unbelievably, Joe Rogan and garbage like Barstool are consumed by a lot of people. And when someone like this douchebag goes on the air and further galvanizes the dipshits of the world the worse off we  all are, whether we want to believe that or not.

the dick pics were when Favre was a Jet. The Vicodin spanned multiple teams, I think.

Good because the leader in my league has been riding Cooper.  Take away some targets.  Although I don’t know how this is different than Desean.  If OBJ isn’t targeted early, his ass checks out.  I don’t think he’s back from the knee either.

Why on earth would the Rams sign this guy???  So much talk about this dude and his last great season was 2016.  Rams already had one of the best offenses in the league....just wait until OBJ starts whining when Kupp gets 12 targets and he gets 3.

Not sure why he would want out of Cleveland for not getting targets and chose a team where he's going to be the 3rd option.

Hey now, as a Browns fan I've had to deal with all this OBJ shit for three years.  It's pretty obvious that we are better without him.  The Browns got hot last year AFTER he was injured and the Baker didn't have to worry about getting him involved.  Last week they played their best game of the year, by a long shot.  These are not coincindences.

So.. I might as well get something from OBJ, like killing Kupp's numbers!
