    This thread inspired me to order a three pound block of cabot hunters cheese...super sharp. Cannot buy in ca. Sweet

    Have you been to Andrew's cheese shop on Montana? They don't have the cabot hunters but they do have a great selection, and he also makes fresh mozzarella every Wednesday.

    curds are fantastic. we had them when we went to Alpine, from the Piggly-Wiggly. make a great late night snack.

    we don't have them around here.

    you are correct. seems like its just cheese, but there is a certain indescribable quality to them that make them very addictive. my girlfriend went to Wisconsin for work a few months back and smuggled a few pounds.
