Gotta go with mozzarella. It's just so delicious. You can have it on pizza, have it in/on pasta dishes, put it on chicken or meatballs, batter it and fry it, or eat it by itself. Oh, and you can put it on garlic bread! Yum yum! :)
  • Brie, Munster, good ole American, Chedder, Mozz, soft cheeses, goat, pretty much every kind but swiss.

    who moved my cheese?
  • Extra Sharp Chedd (Cabot Hunter's....omfg it is one of the things I miss most about living in VT even 19 years later)
Ricotta is cheating, isnt it? Not really a cheese.
Pretty much all cheeses rule -- but the best cheese is a mix of cheeses. I make a vicious 7 cheese mac n cheese with:
    2 types of sharp Chedd
    Mozz
    Asiago
    Gruyere
    Mont Jack
    Muenster

It is the best thing ever. Saw it on TV once 4-5 years ago and have been making it ever since. CHEESE! :D
