For as long as possible. Let's see how tough he is now, in real jail.

The aggression and total disregard for another human being is absolutely disgusting.
There has to be consequences for such behavior. Period.

Not at all surprising that his father is an enforcer, imagine that.
    Nice shirt.

Charge the parents while we're at things! Don't you know where your kids are?

    Please, can't always blame them.
I could say he mum, dad I am going to so and so's house then go to some laneway and bash someone.

the kids i fought with almost on a daily basis were rich kids who lived with their parents in new large upscale homes. they wore new and in style clothes and their parents had new cars and things. they did not like me and my brothers because we didn't have that kind of money. so we fought and things. and they started it pretty much every single time.

in my eyes rich kids dislike poor kids because their clothes are not new and in fashion, the family car a beater and the house not a dream home. for these kinds of things i got bloody, bruised, and in trouble often.

i once got beat up for wearing a old brown coat. at catholic school mind you...

I never got into it myself, but when I was young I knew people who used to go out most evenings after school looking for a fight. They'd end up attacking anyone who happened to be walking by, and occasionally they'd really mess someone up.

One of my best friends to this day was one of that crowd, though he never talked about his fighting with me, as our friendship was based mainly on making each other laugh and vandalism. We used to go out and trash whatever we could and generally just have fun. But I knew he hung with the other crowd and beat the crap of people on a regular basis. He was, and is, a tough bastard. It was really just a part of growing up in a small town - random violence/fighting for fighting's sake. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that the town I grew up in was pretty working class and people in general weren't particularly well-off, but then again I think it's pretty standard behaviour in most places. England can be a very violent place. Only ever got into a few fights myself, as it was never really my thing. I'm glad to say that I've never to this day been beaten up, or even hurt.

:D I can picture the scene now of their next family dinner around the dining room table. I very much doubt this little incident will go away anytime soon.

I wonder if it'll be classed as a racial attack seeing as most of them kept calling him n***er, made other references to his race, and the fact they were all white?

This behaviour isn't typically 'spontaneous'. It's a gradual progression from idle and harmless behaviour to destructive behaviours. In short, parental monitoring has not occurred. The dad should be distraught because to this point in time,he's failed and his kid is a shitbird. Truth hurts sometimes- this dad now has to rely on the correctional services to 'straighten his kid out' and teach the boy values that most parents painstakingly try and do. Use any excuse you want, but if my son ends up acting like a thug... I have had a significant part in allowing him to develop in such a manner.

had a so-called friend for a short period of time whose father was a policeman. they had a regular family, three boys total and a decent brick home. my short term friend turned out to be a little prick of a kid so we didn't mesh well after getting to know each other. this dude's two younger brothers were nothing like their older brother.

one day when shit hit the fan and i beat the crap out of this dude everything changed. his father thanked me for doing what needed done and what him and his wife couldn't do. he then shook my hand and the hands of my two brothers, mom, and dad.

good parents...good people can have horrible children that grow up to be terrible little shits. this dude was a nasty little shit. to bad he thought he could fuck with me and my family in a big way...aint happenin, clyde, you stupid little bastard you.

preachers' kids and cops' kids are the wildest little shit around

No. You are wrong. Broad-based stereotyping makes your points highly invalid. My wife is the daughter of a cop and she's one of the most ethical and caring people I have ever met. It's not the profession that distinguishes one's ability to raise a child... it's the qualities and character of that person. The job is just what the person does to pay the bills.

I didn't know they weren't all white, but I know he was Asian. And they called him n**er more than once. That qualifies as racism, does it not?

Really? You think the death penalty should be applied in cases of teenagers beating someone up?

What next? The death penalty for jaywalking, or filesharing?

I might be for that.

Man, I feel bad for that kid that took the beating like a champ. I was impressed by his lack of panic and his ability to run like the wind when he found an opening.

I wonder what would have happened had he fought back and kept swinging whenever he could?
