^^^^Lauren Hill is bad ass on the stage and as a mother. Having six children 5 of them with one of Bob Marley's sons she certainly rocks.

g, I had no idea of any of that.

One of my favorite dudes, who I imagine has been / is a good dad. Snoop rocks it too.

^^^^^^Yes Lauren has those children with Rohan Marley. He was a very good linebacker down here for the Miami Hurricanes then turned business enterpernaur.

Nice seeing Willie singing my second favorite song from Backspacer, however here's my favorite from that album. I just love love this song....it will sooth me as I'm laid up nursing myself today....

My late-blooming self didn't discover this song till a few months ago. Just beautiful.

(and I hope you're OK and healing as needed)

Did you get a chance to check out Eddie reading something in the Dutch language at the end of the song?.....too funny.

Yeah I'm laid up with a mild case of gout, I have not been eating properly lately. However, it's getting much better as I lay here resting chatting with you.

Back in 2004 my friend Michael Franti introduced this lady to a packed 9:30 Club crowd. She came out with her guitar and played four songs in her raspy voice. We all clapped and sang along with her, she blew us away. I later met her and talked with her backstage and came across as genuine of person I ever met. Here's a couple songs from her years later.....

A classic old school song by bassist Stanley Clarke with Stuart Copeland on drums live in Paris.....
I've forgotten how great a drummer Stuart is, even Neil Peart looked up to him as a contemporary and his style. I give you School Days

Very nice voice......sometimes singers chew gum as a way to moisten their voice. However, to pull that off without messing up is awesome. Yes he's a lucky man indeed.

It's not exactly for beginners, unless they be stout of heart and leg lol
There are kletterstieg (via ferrata in Italian) all across the ranges of the Alps, you could easily find a minor one for starting to make sure you are up for an all day adventure. If you do, come here and post pictures to make me jealous.

I would love to see that, gambo.

Here, fireworks to the south are raging. Lighting up the sky, really pretty.

Got my sweetheart close by, some of my favorite music playing, and the cats are chilling with me.

Rarely gets much better than this.

    These are the days.
