Someone threw a Rolling Stone on stage and Ed
started wiping his ass with it..
he said he had 50 copies to wipe his ass with at home
    to better digest the situation

the story was that Rolling Stone took a group photo
of the band and they ALL were supposed to be on
the cover and they kept asking ed to just take a photo
alone and ed said no... so they just stuck him on the cover
(hence the live shot) and he was pissed ...
    ok that is all
    goodnight

Wow. When I saw the new RS with the live Ed shot on the cover, but an obviously new full band photo inside, I thought this might've been what went down. But I didn't want to believe it was true.

So this is a great story -- thanks for filling us in!

lol the Rolling Stone rant was funny. He 1st started just wiping his a$$ with it for a bit, then he explained what the deal was. He said "f*ck you rolling stone!" about three times through the story.

The poster is Klausen, it's on natural brown paper, with some mexican bandit like riders storming off from an orange sunset with blue oil wells. Pretty cool looking IMO.

totally agree, WAAAY over-hyped. They only played 25 songs to 29 at Pittsburgh. If you already heard Leash, then this show was nothing special.

not for you and green disease are always enjoyable though

Welcome to the "your the dickhead of the night" club.

If you havent seen the band in a few years which I believe most cincy fans have not, this is a great set.

good for you for having seen this set often this tour, but for most fans from cincy, this is an amazing set. Good for them for enjoying a cool set with some great songs. This set was

I'm just pointing at the idiots who expect some completely original set every night. I have friends from Cincy who have been waiting for the band to come around ever since the cancellation in 2003. The set was a big deal to them. I just hate people who want to hear a song like Leash and them come out with some stupid statement about how the set is old because the played leash the last two sets. It's pretty disgusting to me. Someday this band will decide to quit playing songs, and you will be sad you cannot hear Betterman, let along a song like Leash

Yeah, you should feel relieved. The crowd was psyched for this show. They were amazing! Even the band realized it. Hell, there was an impromptu Not For You chant. But the setlist was way, way below average (even if I had not seen them 8 other times this tour.) Wishlist to start the encore???? More Riot Act songs than Yield? As many Who covers as Yield? This crowd deserved a special setlist. But it doesn't get more plain than this one. Let Stone or Mike pick the songs for a change.

That said, the band had a lot of energy and the crowd was pimp. I had a great time, even though song choices weren't to my liking. I don't know why PJ doesn't just get the fans what they want. 26 songs, please can we get one or two rarities? Breath? Brain of J? Parachutes? We want to hear these fucking songs. They can fit 5 songs in the time they play Crazy Mary and RVM. Sorry if I'm an ass.
