I have to say the girl they have cast in the lead is attractive but she's not the greatest actor. The scenes not involving her become the most interesting...at least for me.
In my opinion none of the cast is that great. Even Sam Neill, who is a hell of an actor, isn't that great on the show. I think he's just miscast and whenever he plays Americans his accent is kind of awkward. None of the acting has been so bad that it has distracted me from the show, but nobody is in any danger of winning an award either. I still enjoy the show.

Yeah, episode 8 didn't air on its original date because they moved the Daytona 500 to that Monday night. I don't know why they didn't keep the order. It was annoying, and it didn't record on my DVR, because I am assuming it was listed as a rerun.

Yeah, episode 8 didn't air on its original date because they moved the Daytona 500 to that Monday night. I don't know why they didn't keep the order. It was annoying, and it didn't record on my DVR, because I am assuming it was listed as a rerun.
So that's why my DVR miss Monday's episode, eh? I'm glad I noticed it was a new episode and did a manual record.
I have to admit that I was all pumped about this show but I ended up not watching any of it. I missed the first episode for whatever reason and never got a chance to get caught up. I figured I could just netflix it at some point, but from what I hear it might not even be worth it. Too bad!

It left me with a void in my soul that I'm not sure will ever be filled.

I don't know. They definately left the door open but I guess the fianl ratings will determine it.
