Funny email address

A job application and resume was given to me this morning and I'm reviewing it now. I will leave out his entire email address but it starts with master_bait4@..... If this is a legitimate email, whether the guy is an idiot or a genius, I'm interviewing him. :lol::lol::lol::lol:
