    I dont recall the story...but i think in 2000 Ed made mention of him....I actually saw him last night, he mustve been sweating his plums off.

    The cow guy was there last night? I saw him at the Albany show in 03. If its the one I think it is, his suit has udders on it!

    If it's a guy in a cow suit rocking out, then I must meet this new hero of mine. Single or multiple shows? I'm considering putting on a suit of chainmail armour for my next gig. Or tour.

    I've seen him at several shows in Boston and Mansfield. On the boot mentioned, Ed asks him if he "...comes to all the shows dressed as a cow or just ours."

    He was down in front again last night and Ed must have called for him to come up because security came and got him. The guy was so pumped, smiling from ear to ear, dancing his little cow jig, and banging away on the tambourine Ed had given him.

    BTW - did anyone else see Stone run across the stage to suck on Cowman's udders during the tail end of RITFW?! It was hysterical....we definitely need someone to post a picture of that....it was a classic moment.

    Additionally, yes he was at Albany in 03, and I also saw him after U2 in Providence in 2001 selling posters outside the venue in full cow regalia, talked to him for a minute, he said that was how he subsidized his concert (or should I say cowncert) attendance.

    havent posted on here forever but as a veteran of all shows Great Woods/Tweeter/Comcast, I believe the whole "cowman" thing started as advertisement for a local roast beef/fast food restaurant and it went from there. Last night there was actually 2 people dressed as cows walking around. I do not believe this is the same guy who used to dress up, and I do not think that these guys were affiliated with that restaurant. I think they were just "copycats' for lack of a better term. I could be totally wrong and they may have been involved with that fast food place
