It's not a 10C thing. I always get my stuff when I expect to, which is about 5-6 weeks after I order. But around this time of year, another week or two would be a normal addition onto the usual timeframe.

Well, if they'd used regular old UPS or the Post Office instead of this "UPS Innovations" crap...

ups mail innovations is a hybrid of ups and usps, it SHOULD be fast and realiable. most big mailers use these types of services. i would say there is a order processing lag/fulfillment issue going on, NOT a delivery service issue.

hell yes, fedex is decent down there, they use a local agent and bribe the customs asswipes for easier clearance than dhl and ups. if you've not tried TNT, they may do well for you.

Here in the UK it's an average of 6 weeks I do think they could look at different postal service because I order from other band sites (Rush/Kiss) and I can get them within a week sometimes

nothing to do with that..we deliver here at 6 weeks...more or less,now is 3 weeks..
something change as it comes to Europe shipping,nothing to do with customs..custom was before ,is now as well...they change something,and thats great

I'm having some delays as well, even with the bootleg which some others have gotten quickly, but it's what I've come to expect. Especially during the holiday season.

It sure is. I got the first 4/5 on repeat playing in the house. Wish I did the whole Canadian Tour. Was only able to do the first 5, which was awesome!

Can't wait till the Toronto Night 1 bootleg is available on CD!

Nah, I was just being a smartass. It was clearly my fuck-up for using my home zip code with my work address.

It got delivered to me yesterday, but it took a week from the time UPS delivered it to my local post office until the time that they figured out which actual post office it needed to go to. I doubt it would have taken that long if it was a strictly UPS delivery or a strictly USPS delivery.

I'd say in this instance, the OP has probably done the right thing and asked here. Intl shipping is 4-8 weeks, since it's not over 8 weeks yet he probably wouldn't get much info from 10C. Or he'd get what has been posted here. The forum providing an answer a bit quicker.

Though if his items don't turn up in the next 3 weeks he should definitely contact 10C
