Still waiting for my PJ20 vinyl because...

    I fucked up.

I decided to have it shipped to my office but I accidentally used my home zip code.

yeah...though it really depends. my ukulele songs vinyl was really fast, not even 3 weeks.
the zombie shirt arrived one day before the crass shirt, even though I had ordered them 2 weeks apart at least.

Well, if they'd used regular old UPS or the Post Office instead of this "UPS Innovations" crap...

Yes, it's the norm. Someday oh someday us Canadians will get a faster shipping service with the 10club. We should be receiving PJ goodies WAY before anybody across the ocean does.

Next time you buy a bootleg Pearl Jam CD from 10club, don't send it to mom's house. It will get to your house in Canada in 5 day's. Believe me, it will.

Last order of Kufala Bootlegs arrived here from California to Nova Scotia in 5 day's. 8-)
  • Just got my pj20 vinyl and klausen poster on the east coast today. Got the shipping emails a week and a half apart.... I blame it on the holidays.

OK Thanks :D ...was wondering about that...because then I have to wait to see my Mom!
  • I'm east of Vancouver and quite honestly it can go either way. I've had packages arrive after a week and some take eight.

I've shipped packages from Pittsburgh to Brazil in two days ;)

On an unrelated note, Brazilian customs agents are major douchers!

    1) Customs.

    2) It's the holidays. Shit be gettin' backlogged, yo'.

It's not a 10C thing. I always get my stuff when I expect to, which is about 5-6 weeks after I order. But around this time of year, another week or two would be a normal addition onto the usual timeframe.

    Word.
  • I'm still waiting for Ukelele Songs and Water on the Road. It's been months now.

ups mail innovations is a hybrid of ups and usps, it SHOULD be fast and realiable. most big mailers use these types of services. i would say there is a order processing lag/fulfillment issue going on, NOT a delivery service issue.

hell yes, fedex is decent down there, they use a local agent and bribe the customs asswipes for easier clearance than dhl and ups. if you've not tried TNT, they may do well for you.

  • Here in the UK it's an average of 6 weeks I do think they could look at different postal service because I order from other band sites (Rush/Kiss) and I can get them within a week sometimes ;);)
  • Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE US AND CANADA WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK. WE WILL NOT RESHIP, REPLACE OR REFUND LOST OR MIS-DELIVERED ORDERS. BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR THIS ITEM YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.

  • I'm having some delays as well, even with the bootleg which some others have gotten quickly, but it's what I've come to expect. Especially during the holiday season.

I live in Saskatchewan, Canada and here's a list of my outstanding orders with order dates:

    PJ 20 Vinyl - Nov 24, 2011
    Saskatoon CD - Nov 28, 2011
    T-Shirt - Dec 2, 2011

Anxiously awaiting all, so I hope something comes this week!
