We Want East Coast Boots!!!
I sure hope they plan on making these East Coast shows available.
Personally, I liked the download now, ship the CD later option. I would be willing to pay a little more for that too!

That was really the best so far. Although it isn't vinyl, I still like the idea of getting something psychical released by the band to bring that moment in time back.
From the MSG shows last time we got real lucky with both shows being released on CD as well as the Live at the Garden DVD.
I was there for those shows and I listen to or watch one of those at least once a week.
PLEASE RELEASE THESE BOOTS!!

If I opened it now would you not understand?
the entire japan run is amazing...great, crazy setlists...small venues...VERY tight performances...that porch->save you from osaka, and the sweet long improv->immortality from nagoya are killer.
other highlights are:
1.) staples from the tour
-the mansfield threesome (something like 85 different songs over the course of 3 shows)
-MSG
-state college
-buffalo
-holmdel
-alpine valley
2.) personal pics from shows i saw
-cleveland
-holmdel
-missoula
-vegas
-san diego
-alpine valley
i don't know though... i mean none from '07.. recording is prohibited for the ev solo tour. are they moving away from bootlegs?
Sorry, no plans to release bootlegs at this time.
Best,

My preference would be to have it done like the 2000 tour with physical CDs and unique artwork/packaging for each show.
2003 tour wasn't bad because physical CDs were available. I just didn't like that the artwork wasn't unique (except for the few shows made available at retail outlets).
2006 tour was OK since we did have FLACs that we could download and the artwork was quasi-unique. I just don't care for the fact that factory-pressed CDs weren't available.
Just my 69 cents.
