does no-one else find this embarrassing? that fans have to find out about a 2nd added date via forum users and not the actual band's management?

The lack of respect for us is genuinely shocking.

there definitely was standing on sale. I know at least 8 people who have got them.

I also know they were still on sale less than half an hour ago...

so no, it wont be a tenclub only floor.

There won't be an 10C ticket sale for any extra dates. There won't be a 10C ticket sale for sometime.

there is always 1 and this time its going to be me...

why add another date in manchester, why not add another date in scotland or even wales, probably wales as its closer to IOW it just seems unfair that these country's haven't had the chance to host pearl jam since 2000, manchester had them 2 years ago.
guess its just the way it goes. :(

the only logical reason imo ... is that the gear and whatnot doesn't need to be re-setup... no transport costs the next day... no need to set up 2 different acoustics ... all the usual logistical reasons.

Yeah i get that and understand the reason, still just seems unfair, not that it really matters to me in the end, as due to circumstances i'm unable to make these shows anyway... if'd they been one week earlier, no problem..

    so i hope for 2013. :D

In the US if they add shows to a tour, everyone gets a heads-up on the site plenty of time in advance. Why not here?

In the aftermath of probably the biggest PR disaster in the band's history, they had the perfect opportunity make amends, to bandage the wound. Instead, they rub salt in it.

    This is utterly disgraceful.

No we don't. I think 3 of the Ed solo shows last year were add just as the 1st shows sold out. I think the 2nd PJ Chicago show in 09 was the same way.

Cheers - I managed to figure out. I was trying to figure out if my seat was close to the stage, or away from the stage, in Block 115.

Turns out the rows in Block 115 are numbered 1 - 28, with 28 being closest to the stage, and 1 being furthest away. (Block 102 is the opposite.)

So I am quite close to the stage, hopefully that means I don't have a completely side-on view though. Still very pleased with my seats. :)

No ticket sale was as this one. A nightmare. They could at least warn us. Hint, something. After the whole fiasco now this. We should ALL get wristbands for shows we got tickets. Not only for standing, all of it.
