NZ-Euro flghts booked, PJ tix sorted. Travel & accom help?

OMFG! I've booked tickets to Europe for next year! I've got concert tickets sorted, now onto accommodation & intra-Euro travel!

So far:
Manchester - Man1 concert ticket sorted, now just accom to arrange
Amsterdam - Amdam2 concert ticket sorted + accommodation maybe sorted now need to sort travel.
Berlin - got concert ticket, Any help with accom &/or getting to & from Berlin much appreciated.
Stockholm - got concert ticket. Any help with accom &/or getting to & from Stockholm much appreciated.
Copenhagen - got concert ticket. Any help with accom &/or getting to & from Copenhagen much appreciated.

If anyone can help with accommodation or intercity travel please message me. TIA. :D

    Hope u've got the tickets then!
    You can buy tickets for the Copenhagen show at http://www.billetnet.dk/artist/pearl-ja ... ader_lang2
    There might be some problems getting through, but keep on trying - it's not sold out even though it might say so...

    If u still need accommodation, when the times gets closer, let me know - don't know much about my living situation by then - but either way I'll be happy to help :D

    Hey, Oslo sold out in less than 30min. I missed out. So if you're serious about that show I guess you're looking at the black-market. Good luck!

    I've kindly been offered a bed at another 10c members house. It's a wee way out of Amsterdam but will be nice to see a bit of the country anyway :)
