Does any of the band members have the sack to apology to all the 10c fans?....We know none of the 10c staff are going to make an apology..

Didnt Jeff apologize on the radio show for the PJ20 onsale issues?

i'm glad i'm not involved in this ticket mess up... i don't even know the whole story... what i get from it is that there are tickets available, but they're unavailable because the website is messed up.

either way, pearl jams shows have gone south over the past few years so i doubt i'll pay any money to see them on another "we're touring for no apparent reason" tour. when they release their next album i'll probably go to a show.

They need to get to grips with technology and run it like a proper business not some bedroom job. They don't even have a FB page with updates or whatever. Could learn something from Metallica.

More to the thread, I reckon they might know, surely they would ask about how their ticket sales went? But ya they know they will always see people so not sure they care.

If sabotage is a cover up then what are the chances they tell the band?

They're kinda damned either way. Either they know and just don't care (which is lame), or they don't know and don't care to know how their organization is being run (which runs counter to the image they like to put forth that they're "different" than other bands of their stature).

For what it's worth U2 had a massive fuck up with their fan club ticket sales in 2005 which resulted in Larry Mullen stepping in and intervening within twenty-four hours and the sale taking place a second time to basically universal acclaim/satisfaction from the entire fan club. That's saying a lot of if U2 is more in touch with matters of this nature than Pearl Jam (as U2 is a band a lot people on this board would instantly name as an example of someone who is completely out of touch with their fans)...

he also passive-aggressively told the people that questioned the bands ethics to basically fuck off.
If nothing is everything, I'll have it all
