Crowdsurge really doesnt seem to be the answer

After a lot of messing around, with tickets, without tickets, checking out and crashing etc I finally secured
Manchester, amsterdam and berlin

however many a friend is still stuck in the frustrating crash screen, connection lost screen, queue screen or total blank computer.....

why its so difficult to conduct a ticket sale is beyond me. Lets make no mistake, this isnt a tenclub issue, they have listened to the problems, outsourced it and seemingly found a dud or someone who is incapable of dealing with the demand and traffic
