Woke up with a raging headache, again. I've changed laundry soap, pillows, night time "routine" not sure what more to try. I hate having to depend on meds to make it right.
Have you had your eyes checked? The teeth grinding question is a good one. How are your sinuses? Maybe try a saline solution to flush them out and see if that helps. Could just stress/anxiety - that can cause all kinds of physiological symptoms, even if you don't feel like you're stressed psychologically. Maybe try taking a couple mg's of Ativan and see what happens. If it gets rid of the headache, that this is probably the issue.

Diet...you could be allergic to certain foods, I have migraines, and there are a TON of foods I can't eat....
Chocolate in abundance, I have to avoid dark altogether Bananas nightshades soy and it's byproducts

Mentally exhausted! I've lost three nights' sleep rearranging finances to Pay back the IRS.. But God is good and I've found a way.. It's just really gonna suck, cause it puts schooling off for a year. :-( so.. Kinda sad too.
