    Ultimately how we choose to feel, is how we are.. ( I love that line in that song!! So true!) I say always choose to be happy, although bieve me, I know how difficult a struggle that can be some days! If you ever need one, I'm an ear.. :-) hope happiness wins out over your day Jenny !

    Thanks to you both. It's frustrating because I end up blaming myself for the way I feel and that makes me feel even worse! Sometimes it feels like i'm choosing to be unhappy or just giving in to it I guess. It can be hard to drag yourself out of the hole when it feels like nothing will ever change though

    Usually just wait it out and my mood picks up again eventually

    Won a cup match tonight so that certainly improved my mood, just got to try use that to keep me going for a while now and get through Christmas. Have always loved this time of year but in recent years have come to realise how lonely it can be

    Pretty pissed, just got told that I'm being forced to take my remaining vacation days starting Monday....i know that sounds sweet but not when I have call multiple hospitals and tell them I'm not coming to do the maintenance on their equipment because I'm all of a sudden on vacation. Freaking government organizations all about the end patient/client unless it costs them any fucking money.
    I have no idea how I'm going to make these calls and not sound like a douche.

    Have another effing headache, I'm sick of this weather giving me these sinus headaches...they sit right behind my eyes it's awful and ridiculous! UGH! I want to lay down and close my eyes but I am at work.... :neutral_face:
