i just ran 3, followed by push ups, pull ups and sit ups in a circuit until I felt nauseous.

Well golly gee...I wouldn't go that far. I just want to run as long as it takes to clear my head. Or do flights of stairs. That usually gets my head cleared pretty damn quickly.
I was in a slump this morning...I ate some lunch and gave my feelings up to the higher powers that be. Somehow...they'll sort it out. I can't dwell on it and over think it. If it's meant to work....it will work.

Worried about my cat/baby who isn't eating, while on an appetite stimulant. Worried about my husband who has asthma and an upper respiratory infection. He used his inhaler 7 times! yesterday. I'm sure his breathing in the smoke from our house fire on Thursday didn't help. Oh, and I am having an IC flare-up, so my lower back and hips are killing me, with pain radiating down my legs. Other than that, I feel pretty optimistic.
