    how am I feeling, well, down.
    I don't know why, probably because I've been poorly this week and I have to go to the hospital next week about my elbow and I've an important meeting on Tuesday. I am feeling like I'm letting people down and generally being rubbish.

    On the plus side, the meds are kicking the hell outta this cold, I saw an old friend and her children this week who just made me smile so much.

    You have to take care of yourself first before you can look after everyone else. take care lady, I'm glad you had a nice time with your friends. Friends are the perfect remedy for the blues xx
