Open Letter to 10 Club - Updated Thank you TenClub

I have not received mine yet either, or a response to an email I sent over a week ago. This level of ridiculous level of customer service would put most companies out of business. Starting to feel like the 10. Club doesnt give a shit...my membership expires this week and I still haven't received my order from last year... Who else gets away with this shit?

I still don't have mine either - I think there are quite a few people still waiting. My other half got his about a month or so ago now. Will give it until the end of the year then drop them a line.

i still don't have mine either and my membership is up in 6 days and then the 3 month grace period kicks in. starting to think if its worth it for me at this point. i pretty much pay 20 bucks just to use this board and goods section seeing as how on the rare occasion i get 10c tix, which are way back of the floor, great great view btw :roll: . i guess i should hack the system or fuck around with SKU like many many have and still do. :roll:
