I started this thread and havent posted here in a while. I am glad to see that there was a lot of over whelimng support here for him earlier this year when he past. I am still very saddened by the loss of such a great musician and someone that I would consider a friend after meeting him so many times. Such a kind hearted guy. I am blessed to have been able to go to a bunch of rambles at his house. I really miss this guy a lot. Truely a music legend and an upstanding human being.
Is anyone going to the benifit concert in New Jersey? I feel like I have to.Ryan Crooks insists upon himself0 -

Levon Helm Studios has this initiative to help the studios out. To save it from closing down. Their tag line is "Keep it Going".....how about we do the same. Keep this thread going so we can share in Levon's memory and legacy. If you love Levon, post something, anything, a video, an article, whatever in here. Try and keep this thread on page one for at least the rest of the year. I will try and post some awesome stuff whenever I get the chance.

Awesome, thanks so much for this post. I wanted to go to this so bad, but I couldnt justify the money for a show that didnt have levon even though it was for him.
