No Code ink/stamper with pad of paper?

My older brother gave me a No Code ink/stamper with pad of paper 15 years ago and at the time i thought it was kind of stupid but now kind of like the weirdness of it! Does anyone know the history of this product or is it worth anything today? Thanks... just curious.
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

    promo items from 10c i believe back in 1996. I think each individual item is worth somewhere around $20. I think....
