WTB Benaroya Hall LP

Looking for someone to sell me a pristine copy of the Benaroya Hall LP...Does not have to be sealed, must not be scratched...It will be opened if sealed, so that is not important...I will play it on reciept...I will paypal today if the deal is right...I do not want to do the E-Bay BS...Someone can always use some holiday cash...Must hear it on vinyl on the Rega/Marantz/Bowers and-Wilkins Set-Up...I must I tell you...

    I hefty sum of 2g's might have me listening. Unfortunately, mentioning having a setup like that, you're probably not going to get much of a deal on it. Not that I think you're trying to get one.

    WOW...2G's...I can just wait out five days on the Bay and get it for $1.2G...And as for the system...Its old and new school...Not like its a $10K system or anything...I would be hard pressed to spend $2G...thats more than the system is worth let alone for a platter to put on it...Its my fathers old Marantz Amp from the Mid 70's with a Phono Selector (LOL) and an early Rega turntable that I picked up used from a pawn shop...Now the two B&W speakers are a year or so new as I bought them off the floor as demo's...Actually finally got to hear them...The system picks up the accoustics something unbelievable...

    $2000.00 is flat-out absurd. it's a record, people. unseal it & spin the hell out of it. i hope they reissue this someday so those of us that don't have it can finally own it and PLAY IT without having to sell a kidney.

    If you dont want to sell something or you are only willing to part with someone for triple market value you shouldnt even waste your time mentioning it or waste others time posting it for them to read and get baulk over

    Unfair to say this. What about the people who waste peoples time making absurd offer's like a pack of twinkies or stupid shit like that. :twisted:

    If someone wants 1k for it so be it. You don't need to even comment. You either choose to buy not buy. I have been to poster galleries and seen the Klausen Denver poster for $300.00, when he had trouble selling it for $30.00 on his web-site. My math tells me that is ten times. I would not insult the gallery owner, i just think well not this guy.

    Anyone who enjoys waving their old red, white, and blue should think about what they are when they tell others what to do. I looked, thought i would never pay that price, and was gonna move on, but i found all the comments a little irritating to ignore.

    I have a Rega/Marantz/PSB setup. Close but mine is newer and not vintage.

    I'll consider selling my BENNY if the price is right.
