    am i missing something?
    :?

facial hair can LOOK nice/sexy, on some faces...but most of the time it doesn't FEEL good. too scratchy!
i know of only one man, personally, who's beard felt good and soft...kissable. :P most are simply irritating! those of us with the delicate skin varieties, alas.....require a clean-shaven, preferably recently clean-shaven, face for snogging well. 8-)

but sure, i'll look at cute faces with beards, goatees, clean-shaven....for THAT, it's all good.....;)

Is this just a UK thing :? I thought it was now world wide, been going in UK for a number of years now

Movember is when men do not shave for the month of November to raise awareness of male cancers, prostrate and testicular ... some men create sponsers and donate to the cancer trusts.

I adore beards, goatees not so much moustaches on their own.

I LOVE how they feel and can play with a beard for hours  I have never been with a clean shaven man

Do beards count or does it have to be a mustacheo?

    OFFICIAL RULES:

A Mo is a shortening of the word moustache and is defined according to the Movember rules:

    1. There is to be no joining of the Mo to side burns – That’s a beard.
    2. There is to be no joining of the handlebars – That’s a goatee.
    3. A small complimentary growth under the bottom lip is allowed (aka a tickler).

i've never heard of it.....but you'd have to ask other americans. i can be hopelessly out of the loop at times. :P

haha....when it comes to facial hair, i prefer goatees the most. full on beards, eh...and moustaches, not at all. overall though, as mentioned, due to my uber sensitive skin, more often than not...clean shaven is it for me. well nowadays, hubby can't have ANY facial hair due to his job, so clean shaven is IT, but ya know what i mean. i've never kissed a man with a full beard nor moustache, only goatees. i like how they look on some men - even my husband looked cute with one :) - but only one man with one goatee actually FELT good to my skin. though i will admit, there is nothing WORSE than a clean shaven man due for a shave, now THAT stubble is painful! so there it is....

We did our part and offered Movember our cash...they didn't want it.

Although the guy I spoke to at Movember HQ was by his own admission a big PJ fan so that combined with cultivating a society of bitchin' staches means they are all right in my book. :D

Their response was that because PJ20 did not fall in the month of November it would contradict their "brand". They said they actually turn down lots of things because they don't fall in the month of November. It's not like they were rude about it or anything and they asked us to participate in Movember as well, but I was dumbfounded by the number of charities who didn't want our money. It took over 2 months before someone was willing to step up. Thankfully the CCFA wasn't so narrow minded and because of that they got about $600 from the mustachioed members of the 10C.
