    streaks of spring green and turquoise and the back underneath plum purple, so technically with my original hair colour it will end up being 4 colours.

    Getting ready to go hide eggs for the kids. Baskets went out at 5:30 in case one got up early but wasn't ready to go outside yet. We stopped using hard boiled eggs (dogs would find them first) and moved to plastic eggs. That part lost some of the magic for the kids with the easter bunny hiding them. Kids don't seem to mind as all they really care about is the basket and all the goodies followed by 300 eggs for my 3 little ones plus we invited the neighbors 2 little ones to come join as 100 eggs per kid seemed excessive. My wife got a little to into it this year.

    Waiting for the kid to get up to do her Easter egg hunt. I know she wants to do it - a few days ago she said "I'm not too old for an Easter egg hunt, am I?" in a worried tone. However, long gone are the days that it happens at 07:00. We're coming up to 11:00 soon....

    I have never been involved in an easter egg hunt in any capacity whatsoever. I actually only just heard of them in the last few years, but the way people talk about it, it doesn't seem like a new thing or a fad.

    I spent about an hour in the kitchen this morning debating whether or not I should attempt to do a roast in like 4 hours and ended up deciding against it.

    There's no upkeep, it's not permanent dye and it will mostly be gone when I go back to work in 5 weeks. Just having a little fun while I'm off work.
