    Debating whether or not to renew my membership. And reminiscing to a year ago when this place was actually fun.

    I'm debating the same thing. PJ is looking more and more like an inactive band. Why pay for a lottery when you can't use it. The boards died. All the fun threads are closed. There used to be random drops of cool merch in the shop. That's gone.  It makes you wonder why be here and pay.

    It's what you make of it, my friend - and, what you take from it.

    To have found and fostered such strong bonds here are worth way more (for me) than the monetary side of it.

    Plus, I'm still having my fun...maybe my own version of fun, but still :)

    What I am doing is loving on that U2/Ed recent coming together.

    Mothers of the Disappeared.

    We may be all over the place on many fronts, but holy fuck how music unites.

    And even if it's just for a short time, in those particular fleeting minutes, I still cherish it.

    I love that it (mostly) keeps me in check, within.

    Oh, and about to get some spicy shrimp and linguine heated up.

    Was listening to SG, but I cried so much I changed to AIC. I am a bit surprised this affects me so much, I wasn't a huge fan, but of course I reckognized his great talent.
