    I think a similar thing happened to me - I was dead asleep and woke up with a start about half an hour ago. Judging from the sirens outside I think there may have been fireworks set off nearby. I'm trying to go back to sleep but it isn't working

    pfft. I don't remember that show well enough to remember the reference but didn't they do their laundry in the building?
    My building technically does have a laundry room but the machines are 2x+ the price and they don't even function properly. Nor are they cleaned/maintained. There's only one dryer that actually dries and it smells.

    So yea I rather drag myself 4 blocks away to the "good" laundromat in freezing weather and deal with EVERYONE ELSE having the saaaaaaaaaame idea as me. (get it done before the weather blows in tomorrow)

    I actually just watched the episode last night, so it's fresh in my mind...but no Ross taught Rachel how to do her laundry at a laundromat and they fought this mean old woman for the machine and the rolling basket...it was hilarious...they just added friend to netflix so I'm like in heaven cuz it's one of my alltime fave shows...
