    crying... just leant on my elbow whilst moving on the sofa, I guess it's not healed as much as I thought - pure agony :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

    other than that, I had dinner at the bar on the beach tonight with a friend I don't see very often and it was lovely. Sunset, still waters lapping the sand and the castle becoming more illuminated as the light changed.
