I am currently reacquainting myself with the boards after about 3 years away with home computer & internet problems. I've browsed every now and again via my crappy phone but that got pretty annoying. Good to be back.

Trying to think of a good way to tell my boss that I'm quitting, without using curse words!? :D
The thing I like most about time is that it's not real. It's all in the head. Sure, it's a useful trick to use if you want to meet someone at a specific place in the universe and have tea or coffee- but that's all it is- a trick. There is no such thing as the past. It exists only in the memory. There is no such thing as the future. It exists only in our imagination. If our watches were truly accurate, the only thing they would ever say is "Now". That's what time it is. It's "Now". - Damien Echols

Make sure all of your work checks have cleared. Take all of your possessions out of your office and put them in your car. Drive away and don't return any calls from your job. Did this once and it was so liberating.

I pretty much did that, but applied for extended medical leave. Bitch ass supervisor decided to take it upon herself to 'return all my personal effects' which included a bunch of garbage and non-working chewed up pens of hers. :x
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Ours weren't fantastic either. We are driving home now, I am in the backseat with one kid conked out on each shoulder. Hope to hell I can get them into bed still asleep
