Problems ordering Deluxe Box Set

Hey there, I was just wondering if Anyone else here has had problems when entering their Credit Card Information when pre-ordering the Deluxe Box set??

I have been trying to order it for a couple of days now and every time i go to enter my Credit Card Information i get a message saying "Card Rejected, Card not accepted" I know that I have sufficient funds in the acct and everything is good with the bank down this way..SO WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!

I have used this card for purchases before thru the 10c..I am really starting to get frutrated and a little stressed, mainly cause I REALLY wanna pre order it!!!!

I hope that I am not the only person that this is happening to!! I have e-mailed the cool people at the 10c..so I am REALLY hoping that they can help me with my enquiry and that it can all be sorted out!!

Hopefully some of you guys can too..One thing I was wondering was that since the page is going tru a a revamp, did we have to change our Credit Card info or anything like that???

Hi I Had exactly the same problem.
Later that day my bank contacted me as they had put a fraud warning on the account
due to a large sum of money trying to go through via the internet (e.i the ten box set)
i have used this card many times with tenclub but i figure with the new site its caused some issues

if you call your bank , let them know it is actually you trying to make the purchase it should be ok.

you probably have seen it but just in case:
the checkout process now asks for the CSV code (the 3 digits at the back of your card), you're sure you've put it in, correctly?

otherwise might be what Jamie said.. maybe they've changed their merchant code or something, and as it's overseas, banks are more careful.

I FINALLY got everything sorted and have now Ordered the precious Jewel that is the PJ Deluxe Box set!!

i think I may have been entering my Credit Card Information (not the CVC) Incorrectly....Anyway my order was placed this morning and believe me I am JUMPING OFF THE WALLS!!

I will be hanging out for March to come with such anticipation!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!

I'm going to order it slightly after Christmas. Jesus... I hope there are some left. I have to wait cause right now I don't have it. But after working my ass off over the holidays.... I WILL!!!!!!

It must be this time of year....last yearv the ames book for xmas credit card bill, now this year two of these sets.....I also cannot wait and just hope its signed, that would be the icing on the cake for me....

otherwise I'll have to be off to ebay to get one
