Just arrived home from California a few days ago, and thought I would comment on Eddie's set at the Bridge School benefit. First off, I am always thrilled to see him in an acoustic setting. I think it really showcases that fabulous voice of his, and he really shines. I thought he seemed so happy and relaxed, and he really seemed to be enjoying himself. Highlights for me were "Porch", "Without You" (with a dedication to Bridge School student Maricor), and the duets with Beck and the gal from Arcade Fire. (can't think of her name offhand) At any rate, I was so happy to be there! I only wished his set had lasted longer-heck, I could have listened to him sing all night long!!
