Just got my credit card bill and i was charged for 2 records and shipping for 2 records after the Backspacer fiasco. And i still haven't received 1 record!

    that sucks.
    i check mine online at least once a week since a few years ago when someone took my identity. easier to get the ball rolling on mistakes and/or theft that way

    Same thing happen to me after the ed solo uke album. Ten club never responded to me or capital one regarding it. I actually had to cancel the card do the the lack of response from ten club. Capital one classified it as fraud, I had to get a new card and the whole nine yards!
