    The tv shows from the 70's had the best music intros. I had this sweet funk-jazz fusion number stuck in my head yesterday:

    This is one of the reasons I mute commercials :lol:

    Some of these are awful! It just shows how easy it is to write a hook, and by extension, how easy it is to write bad pop songs.

    A lot of bad pop songs are nothing more than elongated jingles.
  • "Can't shake this feeling;
    it won't let go;
    we're headed into parts unknown;
    whoa, spinning as we go..."

    Anyone seen that Extra gum commercial
    where the doughnut,
    head of garlic,
    + cup of coffee are following some dude around?
    Man, I had that song in my head for weeks.
    Dammit, now it's back!
    This was a dumb idea...
    Cheers.
    'Cause you don't give blood and take it back again.

    I haven't been protecting myself as well as thought. I just realized THESE one has me absolutely puzzled:

    They're just so bad. I mean, they're awful.

    Not only did they pay to have them made, they're paying to ADMIT they paid to have them made (via broadcast). Christ in a hot pocket...
