PJ 20 deluxe blu ray OUT OF STOCK?

  • honestly, the only reason I held out on the the Bluray was because I was waiting to see if Bestbuy/Target/Mcdonalds was going to have a Deluxe Bluray package with a limited edition shirt or something else packaged with it.

Now it is gone, oh well, life goes on with my DVD Deluxe

Why not just release these to retail stores and Amazon then you don't have to worry about being left with stock. You sell them to the stores and then they have to worry about selling their stock. It just seems like the Ten Club thinks that no one else in the world will buy PJ-related merchandise except Ten Club members. I can't imagine why a DVD/Blu-Ray of a movie/concert film wouldn't sell in a retail environment. I'm really getting tired of the fact that everything being produced now is sold exclusively by the Ten Club. The availability is low, the prices are too high, and the frustration factor is through the roof.
  • By the time I even knew about it, the blu-ray was sold out, and I really don't want the DVD.

I ordered the standard blu-ray from Amazon and the HD concert from iTunes, though it looks like the blu-ray is extended over what iTunes is getting.

I would certainly get one if it became available again, but it doesn't look likely. Oh well.

My question is about the "Buy" button-
Why is 10c still having problem with their website?
Hope they fix the site by next tour ticket time...

Looks like Disc 3 sounds great to me as well:
Disc 3: The Fans Are Alright Over 80 minutes of extras created specifically for the die-hard Pearl Jam fans including rare and never-before-seen live performances

People think its just a bunch of fans talking and being interviewed?? If thats the case, their wrong. The description says what it includes

Don't kid yourself, 10C hasn't even thought about fixing the site for ticket sales... even after promising they would and apologizing to us all....

After the smoothness of the ticketmaster presale, I would say that's where all of them will be conducted from now on...

The reason that they won't do that is because they then have to share the profits with another retailer... it's not 100% of the profit to 10C...

    Here's a compromise

10c, please release the bluray version of these discs ONLY. Not the extra packaging, not the extras that come with it (book, etc...)

All I want are the 3 blurays. Hopefully, you can offer this at a much reduced price.

Press a button, and make it happen. That way those of us who were on the fence due to the price can still buy and it doesn't cost you a ton in terms of manufacturing.

The BluRays are very much in demand. Please make it happen.

    Thoughts???

Oh man....I do not trust Ticketmaster, I think they will somehow abuse that power....

  • Can you imagine if Pink floyd re-released the wall with a special directors cut and only made 5,000 copies. hahahahahahahahaha This is an absolute joke to have this as a limited edition and 2nd to not have it in stores.

What a year for the 10 Club(not the band). I bet you can't wait until 2012.

    Amen!

Yeah I'm really starting to wonder what the point of membership to this club brings. It's just disappointment after disappointment recently.

From the PJ Blu-Ray Item Description:
The Pearl Jam Twenty Deluxe Limited Edition Bluray is SOLD OUT.

If you see a "buy" button, clear your cookies/cache and it will disappear.

  • people need to stop their bitching about PJ and the 10c and what it is you all think they owe us. i'd say they have gone above and beyond for all of us this year. taken it to another level if you will. damn...let them conduct business however they want to conduct business, and all will still be good in the end. I didn't get a backpack or a white vinyl copy of backspacer either, but i'm not going to cry about it and say that the 10c has been "disappointment after disappointment" this year. personally, i feel grateful for all they have done this year. if they listened to us and didn't do their own thing, it simply wouldn't be the same. isn't that part of what's so great about this band anyway? that they did things the way they wanted and not what everyone else wanted? don't lose sight of that concept people.

So what you're saying is that they can act however they want, charge whatever they want and you'll still support them?

Yeah I do but I think we need to have our voices heard as well instead of just blindly handing over our membership fees. I shouldn't be getting pissed at you though man. I mean it's nobody's here fault that they're sold out.
