Fair price for Vol. 1-25 Europen Tour discs?

I've got the whole set of the 2000 European tour Volumes 1-25 that I'd like to sell. I really don't want to split these up because it's a complete set. I paid $13.98 for each volume and really just want to get my money back. I've seen them individually on ebay for $20 - $25 per volume but would rather get them to a fan / collector than go to ebay. Am I realistic thinking I can sell the whole set for $350?

I have this set too and I would not sell them for that cheap. 350 is not that much for a pretty cool set like that that is difficult to find. Don't sell those. Go get a catering gig and work 2 days and make 350 and keep the set. Those are worth more than money....Even if you don't listen to them.0 -

I don't really *need* the money and feel the real value of the set would be appreciated a lot more by someone other than me. I'm fine with just having a copy on my ipod and listening to it. I'm basically just looking at selling them to someone who would appreciate them at a fair price and trying to figure out what that fair price is. I know they're not worth less than what I paid but didn't know if they're worth a whole bunch more.0 -

OK... then I think a good price point for 25 double discs is at least $400. That's 16 per. I still think that's a bargain for anyone at that price.0 -
No doubt $350 is a steal if you decide you have to sell them (my advise similar to everybody else is hold them if you can
). From what i've seen on eBay and just in general around various sites, I would think $450 would be reasonable.

I'll probably just ask $400 with shipping for the set, that seems pretty fair. Should I offer them up here or go to ebay with them? Not looking to gouge anyone, just want to get them to someone who'll appreciate them.0

Good on you. Just because you could sell them for more, doesn't mean you should. I just hope whoever buys them doesn't flip 'em for a profit, that's the danger of selling below market value (whatever that might be for this set).0

If you want to get the maximum amount for the set, then I would recommend selling each show seperately.
Some shows are more common than others, and you can see that in the selling price. For example, the London shows usually sell for a lot less than San Sebastian. The "evolution logo" shows usually don't sell for much.
I don't think you'd be able to get $350 if you sold them as a set."I'll end up alone like I began..."

Last bump, should I offer them up here or just go to ebay.0

Hey don't put them on Ebay just yet...
Where do you live, and what's the condition of them like?0 -

I live in Northern Colorado, one hour north of Denver
Condition would be excellent, they've been pulled out of their sleeves one time and I burned a copy so I didn't have to keep "using" them. They've been sitting on a shelf since then.0 -

I was hoping there was a slim chance you lived close to me...I'm in Toronto...and of course local pick-up would make it very easy to pull the trigger.
Good for you for selling them at a good price..dig the mule myself!0 -

Yeah, I don't think they're worth that much and I'm not even looking to make money off them. My posting that link was in response to you saying I wouldn't even get $350 for the set, which I think is absurd, that's what I paid for them and I doubt they've *lost* value.0 -
350-400 is fair, however sell em singular you'll achieve far far more
I bought all 2000 and 2003 singular and spent a fortune years back. However I've seen full sets sell for loads less0 -

Good luck with selling them."I'll end up alone like I began..."

Does anyone want to make me an offer before I head off to Ebay with these? I really don't want to break up the set but will if I have to.0
