We have at least 7 inches of snow so far...lots of big branches down. Heavy, wet snow + leaves = very heavy branches!

This afternoon, a branch fell onto one of the wires that connects to my house, fell, and pulled out the power/electricity box, but we still have power because the wires are still hooked to it. We called the electric company, but they were busy. We called the cops and they said they would send someone. A few hours later, our neighbor rings the bell and says he called the cops about the wire also. Cops still haven't showed up and probably won't show up tonight.

Wow. I haven't watched the news or checked any weather other than my own here in Wyoming.

It was a wonderful day to watch high school football yesterday. Highs were about 45 and only a slight wind.

yeah, never, ever, go anywhere near wires like that. I work for the power company and they are saying this might be the worst damage we have ever had from a storm.

I've had no power in my house since 2 AM Sunday morning and still don't. House is 54 degrees right now. Happy my school has power and heat!

About 4 inches of the wet and white on the ground here this morning.

Last night was one of the warmest Halloweens I can remember. I spent two hours on my roof dressed as a one armed deranged clown with an axe. Scared a few kids. Went up to the high school area when school was letting out and was wading in the river in my get up whacking at fish with a baseball bat. Tried to scare my daughter but I saw her drive out the opposite end of the place, oh well.

we got maybe 3 inches. the leaves haven't fallen yet, so the trees are about bent to the ground. I'm holding out on shoveling the driveway....hoping the sun will do it for me
