So, we just pick them up at will-call day of, right? Is there a certain time they are available to pick up? First time I've used my 10c tix and I'm a little clueless! :)

Cool, thanks! It's been awesome for me too, I am so thankful we didn't have the ticketing nightmares that everyone had for the solo shows! Can't wait till June!

This time around, wondering where your seats will be will take on a whole new meaning. Could be front row center!

167xxx I had 6th row in Charlotte in 2000 and 5th in 2003. Hope this goes well. I would expect first 10 here.
  • So excited! It's been four years! My number isn't any good, so I'm going with a friend who is 258XXX (still way better than mine!), hoping to be some of the lucky first row-ers!! Can't believe how easy it was to get tickets...good job 10C!

I'm so glad so many of you are coming!!! I live here and I want this thing to sell out! We must plan a meet-up. There are some cool bars within walking distance but we could just tail-gate. Of course, it would be in a parking lot........shouldn't be too hot yet, though. Plus, I don't want to get trashed, just meet some of you fellow fans! I'm 126xxx.

I doubt there will be that many tailgating. I work right across the street from the Colonial Center and the only concert that really had a lot of tailgaters was a Jimmy Buffett concert. Those parrotheads were out in drones that day.

Nothing beats the fairgrounds on gameday though :)

I know all about the Colonial Center (and it's lack of good shows.) We can start a new trend........works for me......If you have a better suggestion, let's hear it. I'm up for anything!

Tybee Island!!!!!!!! Awesome beach, you'll love it. Savannah is really special, too, but I think Tybee is a great beach.

how far away is the outer banks?

  • Info for any newcomers into SC. I'm not sure how bad it is up in columbia but beware of the red mud. That shit will stain anything white. Especially shoes.
  • Tybee and the other islands are so nice! While Savannah is fun for a day on the river and historical aspects, I'd definitely rather spend time on Tybee, it's peaceful and gorgeous. However, definitely beware the red clay if you have intentions on wearing your clothes/shoes/socks again! Hilton Head can be nice also, but VERY touristy.

I think the lack of tailgating has nothing to do with the fans. I expected to see a lot of tailgaters for the Bruce Springsteen show and the Kenny Chesney show, but other than a few here or there, there weren't many. I think a lot of it has to do with the parking situation. There aren't nearly enough parking spaces to accomodate the Colonial Center and it seems that people show up roughly at the same time and it's just a free for all to get a space. With that, it's hard for people coming from all different directions to plan on where to meet up.

The one thing that helped the Buffett concert goers is that I believe that show was on when USC wasn't in session, so you didn't have to wait for USC students to vacate the parking lots. Those lots won't be completely empty, but it may be easier to plan something if the meet up time is in the early afternoon (maybe around 2 pm).
