    I don't know you but I hope you get well! My dad is 53 and had a pretty serious heart attack earlier this year; he was in good health (exercised, ate well, non-smoker etc), so it came as a shock. But he's much better and it sounds like you've got a good family and friends supporting you, so you can do it too. Diet (low-sodium!), exercise, low-stress...those are the keys my friend. (Hint: you may want to avoid reading anything to do with the phrases "white" and "vinyl" on here...yikes! Blood pressure through the roof! :lol: )
