    Just was txting with adam (he initiated...as not to go against my own warnings...lol)

    He's in good spirits aswe are going over his new training regimen for when he is back on his feet. ;)

    not sure how much he smokes....but that shit can be tough for a lifer.....at least he is doing the hardest part (physical withdrawl) in a situation that gives him no choice but to stop...not that i would have wished that on any smoker.
