I saw the Black Keys Saturday night in Richmond and they were really good. Granted they play the same set every night, so you don't get tickets to multiple shows, but they were better than I expected. I love their music but wasn't sure they could fill the arena with sound, feel more like a club band. Watching Patrick destroy the drum kit was awesome.

So jealous of you all!! I live too far away from any major city and it's super expensive to travel often. I usually try to go to 1 big concert a year although didn't manage to get to any this year (missing PJ at Big Day Out was heartbreaking).
I am going to Foo Fighters in February though

toooooooooo cold for concerts. Didn't wanna get foo tix for Citifield so far in advance, couldn't wait in line for the Iriving Plaza show.

    Missed Bob Dylan last month

Still can't afford Billy Joel at the Garden (i hate every single company that owns an entire row of season tickets for the Garden, I really, REALLY do.)

    I am ticketless :(

Just a great folk band from the uk called the Oysterband. Living in north wales we rarely get bands come round, but managed to see the quireboys and Willie Nile this year. Hope to catch AC/DC and foo fighters next year or maybe will just attend a great family folk festival in Yorkshire called under the stars:)
