    Elton John next Saturday and The Tea Party on the 29th. Might be a no concert black hole after that. I spent alot last year on concerts, road trips, chicago trip etc... So far this year I've made a concious choice to not see bands that I usually go see everytime they play in my neck of the woods. First U2 tour I've skipped since my first show on the Popmart tour. First Metallica tour I've skipped since the early 2000's. Skipping GNR in Vancouver because I saw them in Seattle last year. Stadiums and high ticket prices are keeping me away :(

    At least Elton John is playing in my city. Even though tickets are $200 the fact that there's no traveling makes it affordable. It's also not often I see an artist I haven't seen before, so that'll be cool. Still saving my dollars to see the Stones before it's too late. I hope they play Vancouver in the near future.
