I was curious if I was attracted to a woman once. So I went on a date to a hockey game with a hot chick. She kept telling me to shut up.

My parents first date was a hockey game, I'll have to ask how much they talked during the game and if it was an issue.

they are floating some really lame names for the utah hockey team. they should resurrect golden eagles. here’s a rare bobbing head from back in the day.

edit: golden eagles is probably too similar to golden knights.

    Golden Showers / Trumpolinis.

I like Yeti of the ones I read.

Edmonton still has game left, they roll em in G3 and this is a series again.
For Florida, fight your way to G3 win, no matter how, and the Canadian Curse continues.

Florida is just too fast and so much more effective in the O zone.

This is like the NBA finals with the home team winning the first two games. Hopefully Edmonton can win the next two on their ice.

Oilers should've had Game 1 and they got beat down pretty good last night.

Florida rolls too deep in their lives.  They are loaded and play two way hockey as well as any team I've seen in a while.  They attack relentlessly too.  I hate them,  but I respect them.  I just think the Oilers are too top heavy. And when they concentrate on great D, which they have lately,  their offense slows. Florida doesn't need to sacrifice either end of the ice.

    goal tending is the difference.

when was the last year the NBA and NHL Finals both ended in sweeps? I can see the Mavs stealing a win but not the Oilers.

    Dammit.
Florida earned this but wanted Canada to get off the hook.
Instead I rooted for Oilers, who I don't live rooting for.  Grrr.

Oh well, best team is winning.  Can't be upset about that.

Appears that 1995 was last time and 1983 the only other time.

That’s par for the course in Edmonton.
