You would think the fans at the TD Gardens would be a little sensitive in relation to Subban for todays game......not the case, booing him every time he touches the puck.

The game at 12:30 is not Bettman, more like NBC. Subban is booed everywhere ...

I agree a Saturday night game with a Canadian team would be nice. Probably wouldn't be an issue if more Canadian teams made the playoffs.

I might need to see the replay again, but I don't see why Thorton was yapping at Subban ... Subban was playing the puck.

Very true, but under the circumstances you think they might want to lay off a bit. I know I wouldn't have the nerve to boo.

I'm sorry but I'd boo, he's just too damn good of a hockey player. I could see him being the captain of the Canadiens in the future. He'll his brother has some talent, he was drafted in The 1st round by you guessed it the Boston Bruins as a goaltender.

Pens did last night what I think most people thought they'd do consistently against Columbus. They would've had no chance if the Rangers PP got it together. See if they have it in them to play like that again.

pens will only go as far as fleury takes them ... his propensity for bad goals in crunch time makes me think they might be able to squeeze by rangers but not beat winner of bos/mtl ...

I just assumed this happened to key players at most rival opposing arenas, but I don't think PK has any issue with getting booed in Boston right after this event - it's a "business as usual" thing, and he knows if he's getting booed in Boston he's doing things right!

Only in the NHL would a team play 5 games in 7 nights in the playoffs. Back to backs in 2 straight series??? What a joke.

Awesome game by Quickie last night. What we all expect from him at this point. Is he the best? Sure looked good the first 2 games holding the NHL's highest scoring team down.

Quick is great and all, but look at his numbers compared to Corey Crawford's numbers. Pretty similar, but for some reason Quick just has that reputation as one of the best goalies out there.....it's probably the name! Not sure why Crawford never gets any respect...

Stanley Cups are better than respect, and Crawford might see more coming his way.

Yeah Crawford is good but I believe that after watching the Chicago run last year the reason he doesnt get the props that Quick does is because Crawford has more *shiny* parts around him. Was a question when I asked if he was the best, I watch a large amount of hockey but certainly not as much as some...and I am biased being a Kings fan.

Will anyone be paying attention to the IIHF World Championships starting up Friday? Cautiously optimistic that the US will be a dark horse.

The Kings are going to fuck me. Pretty much perfect on the playoffs so far (Montreal over Boston).... but I have Anaheim winning it.

No ... Most of the best players will not be there. Beside the best tournament was played in February.

I agree the talent level of the IIHF isn't near that of the NHL nor the Olympics, but I still get into it mainly just for all the other countries, I guess, and to see what some of the younger US guys can do.

Pens looking good out there, not unstoppable by any means but they are finally putting a complete effort together, I've been waiting months (if not years) for that.
