    Chris Lee looked right at the cross check and looked the other way.

    Early in the OT the linesman called an icing on Montreal that clearly went off the Vegas goalies pad that led to Vegas nearly winning….come on NHL you gotta do better than this…

    You ARE a PROFESSIONAL SPORTS league that appear to be run by an office temp.

    I’m still pissed at DHunter for taken out Turgeon and getting suspended I wanted him suspended for a whole season!

    Fucking asshole hockey.  Isles probably feel pretty good about themselves, using a cheap shot to take out the leading scorer for the last two playoffs, Ross trophy winner, etc.

    LOL.  It sucks…no doubt.  In 2014 Kreider took out Price and that likely cost them the chance to play for the cup…

    Game 7 just got more interesting…

    Remember the code.  Does Tampa send someone out to answer the bell and fight Mayfield?

    As a fan Montreal vs NYI is a better matchup, two historical teams that haven't been there in a while.  But I wanna win.

    As a fan Montreal vs NYI is a better matchup, two historical teams that haven't been there in a while.  But I wanna win.

    All good, I want the Habs to win it all, but the NYer in me wants the Isles in the finals, and I wouldn't be that upset if they won. Plus, I might get to go to a game :)

    I doubt the team feels great about it , but that’s hockey we went through the same thing in 93 don’t make it sound like Tampa is this holy than though team, it’s game 7 don’t start making excuses now Tampa has way more fire power than Islanders.

    Cooper a couple of hours ago did not rule Kutcherov out…I’m sure it gamesmanship.  If he truly does have broke ribs and plays…the Islanders will bang on those ribs all game…I guess we will see at game time…maybe Putin rush shipped some miracle cure steroid???

    Well it's funny you say that because other than that tweet that was posted, no one else is reporting broken ribs.  At the same time, we know he was not in the optional morning skate.  I'm sure Mathieu Joseph will come in and play the 4th, move Johnson up, although maybe not the 3rd.  He is the one that skated with the first line after Kuch went out.  Will be interesting to see how this plays out.  Joseph is solid, played every game in the regular season.

    He is still saying Kutcherov has broken ribs … sounds like he has a source inside the coliseum…and that makes sense.  We will

    The islanders are going to be ridiculous in the third. They’re strategy seems to be to play semi-lethargic for two and then just pour it on in the third in a frenzy. Question is, do they have enough gas in the tank and is it regular or super high test?

    Don't discount how well Tampa played defensively.  

    Conn - price or Vasy at this point. Maybe Point but three clinching shut outs in three series is no joke.

    Great final minute but it seems there was a little sugar and water in the tank. Game 7 of the semifinals, losing 1-0 is nothing to hang your head about or consider it a lost season. Should be a great cup finals. Sorry Jose. Playoff hockey is the best.

    Not happy at all with that game plan give credit to Tampa defense they are great champions no doubt, but your not going to win games with just 18 shots no way! I’d rather loose 8-0 but 1-0 is tough to take. I’m rooting for the Habs it’s not that I don’t like Tampa just wanna see the underdogs win it and add another cup to their glorious history! Hockey rules….
